Grading & Shipping Policy
Transparency is important to me. This page explains exactly how I grade cards, how I pack and ship orders, and what to do if something isn't right. No surprises.
Card Grading Standards
All cards are graded using TCGPlayer's official condition guidelines. I grade conservatively — when a card is on the border between two grades, I'll list it at the lower grade.
Near Mint (NM)
Minimal to no wear from shuffling, play, or handling. Nearly unmarked surface, crisp corners, and unblemished edges outside of a few slight flaws. No surface wear, grime, bends, or damage allowed.
Lightly Played (LP)
Shows signs of handling or play but no significant imperfections. May have minor edge wear, corner wear, slight scuffs, scratches, or a minor bend. No major defects affecting structural integrity. Noticeable imperfections are acceptable but none should be too severe or too frequent.
Moderately Played (MP)
Shows significant play, use, or wear. May have moderate edge wear, corner wear, scratching, scuffing, minor surface wear, minor bends, or a combination of these. Some imperfections such as minor bends or peels are acceptable as long as they do not impact structural integrity.
Heavily Played (HP)
Shows a major amount of wear with significant imperfections throughout. May include major creasing, whitening, border wear, and surface damage. Cards must still be sleeve-playable to qualify as HP rather than DMG.
Damaged (DMG)
Severe wear or damage that impacts the structural integrity or playability of the card. May include major tears, heavy water damage, significant bends, missing ink, or other serious defects. I don’t often deal with damaged cards, but they can still be great for kitchen table Magic and these are always clearly noted in the listing.

Handling Time & Tracking
All orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Tracking is provided on all orders over $50 and on large bulk orders shipped via bubble mailer or box. You'll receive tracking information automatically once your order ships.
For smaller orders shipped in an envelope, tracking is not included — but rest assured your cards are packed securely and the vast majority of orders arrive without issue. If something goes wrong, I'll work with you to resolve it.

Packaging & Shipping
Every order is packed with care. Here's exactly what to expect based on your order:
Small orders (low quantity, under $50)
Cards are placed in sleeves, into a toploader, and secured in a team bag before being shipped in a plain white envelope. This provides solid rigidity and protection for everyday orders.
Higher quantity orders (under $50)
Cards are securely sleeved and packed tightly in team bags to ensure rigidity and protection throughout transit. Shipped in a large flat envelope.
Orders over $50 or very large quantity
Same careful packing process as above, with the addition of a bubble mailer or box for extra protection. These orders also include tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Disputes
I stand by my customers and accept returns on singles. If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason — misgraded card, wrong item, or damage in transit — please reach out to me directly before opening a dispute or leaving feedback. I respond quickly and will always work to find a fair resolution.
Please note that sealed product is final sale and not eligible for returns. All sealed product sold by Warren Wonders is sourced exclusively through approved distributors, and I'm unable to accept returns on sealed items to protect the integrity of the product for all customers.
To initiate a return on singles, contact me through TCGPlayer or eBay messaging with your order number and a description of the issue. I'll get back to you within 1 business day.
